Returns Policy

Whilst we endevour to ensure that there will be not be any need of a return (The nature of the our products dictates this needs to be limited at all times) we understand that there may be instances of customer disatisfaction. For example; If you receive the wrong item. In Such Instances a Return or a new item request may be organised.
  • If you receive the wrong item, rather than go through the whole procedure of a return we are prepared (evidence provided) to reorder your item for you free of charge. However: You will only be liable for postage costs equaling no more than £10.00 (This is dependant on item weight). In some cases we may be able to arrange this for free.
  • We believe that communication is key. If you feel you must return a product/item them please contact us first and let us try to rectify any problems or complaints you may have.

Return postage or shipping costs are not covered or refunded to customers as part of our Terms and Conditions. It remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure any items agreed for return to The House Of Glass Ltd arrive at our premises complete and in good condition. Shipments of items lost or damaged by carriers/shippers whilst being returned to The House Of Glass Ltd remain the responsibility of the customer. Customers are advised to ship any returned items via a trackable method using a "signed for" service.  

Free shipping will be applied to orders meeting the criteria shown. This criteria is subject to revision at any time and frequency but will not be changed or withdrawn without customer notice or knowledge. The House of Glass Ltd reserves the right not to ship any order which may incur what it considers to be excessive shipping costs. However, mistakes like this are very rarely made. In this case, the customer will be contacted and either a full credit issued or an additional payment agreed and levied between us and you, the customer.  Customers who require shipment outside of the UK must apply the correct EEC or World-Wide rates shown on each website.
